David J. Dunham, President & CEO Mr. Dunham has over twenty-five years of experience overseeing redevelopment projects, including eighteen years in the public sector on a variety of federal, state, and local government projects totaling over $3 billion dollars. His expertise includes project planning, financing, engineering and construction management for commercial, institutional, industrial and residential projects. Mr. Dunham has worked with many federal programs through Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Environmental Protection Association (EPA), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Transportation (DoT), Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA), the National Park Service (NPS), as well as complimentary state and local government programs. His educational background includes earning a Master of Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Planning & Natural Science from Worcester State College. Anna L. Gorski, Director of Development / Project Manager
Ms. Gorski has nearly 10 years of experience managing development projects in Jamaica, Kansas City, and New England. She has been with IR since its inception in 2002, overseeing site acquisition, permitting, requests for funding, and architectural and engineering review for projects involving historic re-use, brownfields cleanup, and mixed use. Ms. Gorski is particularly interested in “greening” IR projects and is currently evaluating several opportunities for incorporating renewable energy production on remediated brownfields. Ms. Gorski holds a B.A. in environmental science from Kansas University and an M.A. in Community Development & Planning from Clark University. Lauren Burkert Lazzari, Director of the Johnstown, PA Office Ms. Lazzari is a Johnstown, PA native and currently serves as the Director of our Johnstown office. Ms. Lazzari has experience in planning and managing our community based redevelopment projects in the Johnstown region. As Director of our Johnstown office, she is responsible for identifying and developing new projects associated with brownfield sites and underutilized properties within Western Pennsylvania. Lauren also works to identify financing sources, project partners and oversees general marketing for IR within the region. Her background includes work on multi-use commercial space, urban residential renovations, marketing, and residential project development. Lauren came to IR from the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority where she was oversaw development of various public sector brownfields projects. Lauren holds an M.A. in Community Development & Planning from Clark University. Samuel M. Stratton, Technical Development Director / Project Manager In his dual role as technical development director and project manager for IR, Mr. Stratton oversees project analysis and development, program management, development of analytical tools, GIS mapping, and evaluation of real estate development potential. Mr. Stratton has been with IR since its inception in 2002, and since then his responsibilities have included: overseeing extensive environmental investigations at two gasoline-contaminated areas in Milford, Massachusetts and planning for commercial redevelopment of the sites; managing the removal of hazardous and solid waste at a commercial/industrial site in Ayer, Massachusetts and bringing the site back to productive reuse; and working with the Town of Bellingham, Massachusetts, on planning the environmental remediation and preservation of a historic mill and a historic schoolhouse by redeveloping the two properties as mixed-income residential. Mr. Stratton has a background in GIS analysis, working on National Science Foundation and NASA-funded projects; Brownfields evaluation, planning, and redevelopment; and environmental science and site assessment. He holds a B.A. in Geography and an M.A. in Community Development both from Clark University.
